Minimum Appropriate Age for Figures and Art Toys
Figures, sculptures, and art toys are meant for adult collectors aged 18 and up. They can be fragile and parts may become a choking hazard to young children.
These items are intended for display only. Please keep out of reach from young children.
Payment Methods
Payments by credit card are accepted through Stripe.
No payment information is stored on this website and are instead stored on Stripe’s servers.
Orders are processed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
Order Processing Times
Processing orders can take up to a week with the exception of custom orders which can take longer.
Packages are usually dropped off at the post on Thursdays the week after the order is placed.
An e-mail will be sent once it is in the hands of the post office.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
If you are international customer, you may be subject to duty, taxes and additional fees. I have no control over these fees and are your responsibility.
If there are any concerns, you can may contact your local customs office for assistance.
EU and UK Customers
Some locations may incur VAT fees for orders placed on my website. VAT is a percentage of your total order value and will vary based on your country’s VAT laws.
Once your package has arrived you will need to pay the VAT fees before the package can be released to you. There may also be additional charges such as duties and service fees.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Delivery Timelines
Due to various world events, timelines have become unpredictable and can take longer for you to receive your order. If tracking is an available option, it is recommended to choose this method so that you can see where your order is at any time.

Below is a general shipping timeline and is for reference only.
Stickers & Other Small Goods
• Canada/US – up to 3 weeks
• International – up to 8 weeks
Parcels
• Canada/US – up to 8 business days
• International – up to 12 weeks
Tracking Numbers
Stickers & Other Small Goods
For orders within Canada, these will be mailed as lettermail and does not come with tracking to save you on shipping costs. You will have the option to upgrade to registered mail if you would like tracking.
For orders outside of Canada, these will be shipped in a small mailer with an attached customs form. You will have the option of choosing tracked or not tracked.
Parcels
If you ordered items that are large enough for a parcel (figures, sculptures, and art toys) and a tracking option is chosen, a tracking number will be provided via e-mail when your order ships. Orders within Canada will always include a tracking number.
Returns & Refund Policy
Returns
I am able to accept returns as long as it is understood that:
• Products must be in its original condition (photos must be provided)
• Return shipping and customs fees cannot be reimbursed
• Returns must be sent with tracking for proof of receipt
• The original order will be refunded (minus shipping costs) once the package has been received
I cannot accept returns/refunds for the following items:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads
Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and shipped, I am unable to cancel it. If you would like to cancel your order it must be done in a timely manner. Please let me know right away.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once I have begun the work.
Print-On-Demand
Some products are fulfilled by a print-on-demand (POD) service provider and will be clearly stated in the product description. I create all the designs and the POD service provider handles the production and shipment of the product to you. Some of these products can be ordered directly from www.pirroppi.com and in other cases you will be taken to a print-on-demand marketplace (ie. Redbubble, Amazon, etc.).
If there are any issues or concerns with products fulfilled by a print-on-demand service there are separate policies that must be followed. For purchases from a print-on-demand marketplace, please refer to their website for more information about their policies. Outlined in the section below are the policies for POD products purchased directly through www.pirroppi.com.
Please read the product descriptions of the items you are purchasing. Ensure that all the items (including sizes, quantities, etc.) and shipping address are correct before submitting your order to avoid unnecessary delays and any additional charges.
Returns
These products cannot be returned or refunded. They are made-to-order and cannot be restocked or resold. Once you have received your package, please review its contents. If you find an incorrect item or a misprinted/damaged/defective item, you can contact me and provide me with information (photos included) so that I can assist you in replacing those items.
Cancellations
Cancellations are not accepted for POD items. These orders are submitted directly to the provider and processing begins very quickly, making it impossible to cancel or modify. Please make sure to double check the items in your cart and that your shipping address is correct.
